There is a 10-day cooling-off period which allows customers to cancel their job within this period in accordance with the terms of your contract.

If you cancel after any applicable cooling-off period has expired, cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions of your contract. Beyond this period, you have entered into a legal contract which states Kinsman Kitchens is entitled to retain all reasonable costs.
