House 3

As experienced owner-builders from Western Australia, Lisa and Rosco are familiar with the challenges of creating a home from the ground up. Now they’re putting those skills to the test on The Block 2026 in the ultimate luxury coastal setting.

Lisa and Rosco’s kitchen creates a warm and welcoming heart of the home, combining rich timber-look kitchen cabinets with earthy, travertine-inspired surfaces. Sculptural arch details add softness to the design, while bronze and copper accents bring warmth and character.

A generous kitchen island bench provides plenty of space for food preparation, entertaining and seating, including two additional seats at the end. Thoughtful kitchen storage and considered cabinetry keep the space practical while complementing its relaxed, sophisticated aesthetic.

Designed to keep everyday mess tucked away, Lisa and Rosco’s butler’s pantry is a hardworking extension of the main kitchen. The space combines generous pantry storage with dedicated zones for food preparation, cleaning and cooking, making it easy to keep the kitchen organised and clutter-free.

Tall pantry cupboards maximise storage, while integrated cleaning and cooking appliances and practical bench space support everyday tasks. Clever storage solutions help everything stay in its place, creating an organised pantry space that works seamlessly behind the scenes.

Designed for a smaller space, this small laundry renovation combines laundry storage cabinets with pull-out shelving for cleaning essentials and a hanging rail. Integrated lighting and considered laundry cupboards keep the space functional, organised and effortlessly stylish.
