The Block 2026 Kitchens Revealed:
See Every Kinsman Kitchen in Detail
Kitchen Week on The Block 2026 has come to a close – and what a week it was! Kitchens sell houses, so plenty was riding on the five teams getting this space right. With a coveted Golden Block also up for grabs, Kitchen Week was always going to be one of the biggest battles of the season.
Last night, the five Kinsman kitchens were finally revealed, showcasing very different approaches to kitchen design. From coastal-inspired kitchen cabinets and statement stone kitchen island benches to clever kitchen storage, considered pantry design, sculptural curves and showstopping splashbacks, each team brought its own vision to the heart of the home.
With the judges scrutinising every detail- from layout and functionality to finishes, styling and execution – the competition was fierce. Adam and Jolene took out the Kitchen Week win with a near-perfect score of 29, including a perfect 10 from Marty Fox. But there was plenty across all five kitchens to impress, with each team bringing something different to their Kinsman kitchen.
Let’s take a closer look at the five Kinsman kitchens from The Block 2026, and discover the design details, products and ideas behind each space.
House 1 – Adam & Jolene
Place: Winners
Score: 29
Adam and Jolene delivered a beautifully considered winning kitchen renovation, with the new Vista cabinetry profile creating a contemporary take on the classic shaker style. The judges were immediately impressed, with Marty Fox declaring it “one of the most beautiful kitchens I’ve ever seen”, while Darren Palmer called the space “spectacular” and praised its cohesive design. The Dekton Ava island benchtop was another standout, with Marty describing the island as “perfect”.
The thoughtful detailing continued throughout the kitchen, from the simple yet elegant handles to the beautifully finished joinery. The tuneable lighting which allows the homeowners to switch between cool and warm LED strip lighting is another standout feature. Scott Cam noted that the Vista profile was perfectly suited to the coastal setting and Mount Eliza market, while Darren praised the kitchen as “one of the most beautifully finished rooms” in their home.
The butler’s pantry continued the same relaxed, sophisticated feel, with its ocean view making an immediate impression on Marty. Darren also praised the layout for its ease of living, adding to the judges’ overall appreciation of a kitchen that successfully combines style, functionality and thoughtful design. Marty loved the kitchen so much that he awarded it a perfect 10 out of 10- the only ten of the night!

Shaynna Blaze called it a “stunning detail”, while Marty Fox declared the room “visually stunning”. The new Eclos Wondr stone was another standout, with Shaynna praising its texture and marble-like appearance.
The central zone became a hero feature, with Darren Palmer impressed by its symmetry and Shaynna declaring that the space could “sell a million kitchens”. Scott Cam also highlighted the symmetry, stone choice and curves as standout design decisions, while Marty noted the consistency Chantel and Wyatt have delivered throughout the competition could prove a big positive.
In the butler’s pantry, the judges were thrilled to find significantly more storage space, praising the impressive functionality of the Kinsman kitchen. The generous layout provides plenty of room for organisation and keeps the main kitchen feeling streamlined and clutter-free, while continuing the considered design of the space.

The entertaining end of the island was another standout, with Shaynna calling it elegant and sophisticated, while the ABI Interiors inclusions and considered handle choice added the finishing touches. The judges were impressed by how beautifully the different elements worked together to create a kitchen that felt both distinctive and highly functional.
The butler’s pantry continued the thoughtful design, with Marty praising the space as offering “the perfect amount of pantry space” along with great design and “amazing amenity”. While some execution details were left unfinished, the judges felt that with more time, Lisa and Rosco could have taken the kitchen to another level and put themselves firmly in contention for the win.

The curved cabinetry was another standout, with Shaynna Blaze noting how beautifully the curves soften the space.
The girls also cleverly softened the industrial feel of the appliances with considered joinery, a detail both Darren and Marty praised. The view into the butler’s pantry created another striking moment, while the judges noted that everything had been thoughtfully positioned, from the overall layout to the placement of the appliances.
The result is a highly functional kitchen and butler’s pantry that feels carefully considered from every angle, with the judges agreeing that the layout and design elements were all in the right place.

House 5 – Rick & Tayla
Place: 4th
Score 25.5
Rick and Tayla made a statement with their kitchen, with the dramatic backlit splashback immediately catching the judges’ attention. Marty Fox was wowed by the feature, while Shaynna Blaze described it as stunning mood lighting for the entire kitchen. Looking around the space, Darren Palmer summed it up simply: “This is exceptional!” Shaynna went even further, calling it “the best room they’ve done”, praising the thoughtful layout and styling.
The butler’s pantry was another standout, with Marty declaring it “the best butler’s pantry I’ve seen today!” The judges were impressed by the generous space, functionality and considered styling, while Darren praised the simple yet striking handles. Marty also highlighted the marketability of the kitchen, from its colour palette to the statement splashback, saying buyers would love it.
However, unfinished painting in the kitchen ultimately impacted their score. Marty said the space could have been his winner, adding that if the ceiling had been painted, “this could be a contender”. Despite the missed finishing touches, the judges agreed the kitchen was functionally excellent and stylistically strong.
