Kinsman brings the Hamptons to the Gold Coast

In Sunday night’s House Rules reveal, the room renovations for the worst house on the street didn’t exactly get rave reviews from the judges – with the exception of the kitchen!

Judge LLB thought the kitchen was a real winner and he loved the impact of the dark blue island bench, topped by the crisp white of the stunning Silestone by Cosentino.

We have to agree: the sophisticated dark indigo cabinetry was the perfect way to incorporate the rule of ‘bring in blue with a twist of lemon’. The blue hue of Kinsman’s cabinetry was well received by all judges, making a striking contrast with the classic crisp white tones and shaker style profile being a key part of the Hamptons look.

The lemon touches however weren’t quite as favoured – especially the bright yellow tile grouting used for the splashback – that was certainly something we haven’t seen before!

Over all, well done to the teams and we can’t wait for the next reveals this Sunday.
